I submitted a free trial request. What’s the next step?
You should receive an e-mail from getHBplus@mla.org with instructions for setting up your free trial access. If you haven’t received the e-mail and it’s not in your spam folder, please write to HBplushelp@mla.org.
How should I enter my IP addresses when I’m setting up my institutional account?
The following formats are accepted for IP addresses:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (single IP address)
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-yyy (a few contiguous IP addresses)
xxx.xxx.xxx.* (a single class C range)
xxx.xxx.. (a single class B range)
xxx.xxx.xxx-yyy.* (multiple contiguous class C ranges)
xxx.xxx-yyy.. (multiple contiguous class B ranges)
The same IP address cannot be assigned to multiple accounts. If you are entering IP addresses as ranges, avoid separately entering IPs contained within that range.
